Returns & Refunds Policy
Preamble
You must bear the shipping costs related to returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transport. For all returns, you must also prepay the shipping and, where applicable, insurance costs. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include any shipping or handling fees that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.
When we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (according to the original method of payment).

Article 1 – Return of unopened items
We only accept returns of items sent back within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.
Article 2 – Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged merchandise. If you consider a product to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at the phone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.
Article 3 – Shipping
If the customer wishes to return a product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason, the customer must first inform the seller so that return instructions can be provided. If the customer sends the product back to the seller on their own initiative, the seller may refuse the parcel and decline to issue a refund.

Article 4 – Process
When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees you have already paid are non-refundable, and refunded amounts do not include shipping costs. It may take up to 30 business days after receipt of our email for the refund to be received.
If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send you a replacement item to the original shipping address.
Article 5 – Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.
Article 6 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal and refund
All customized items made to order from our product catalog are not eligible for return or refund. Such items are deemed final sale and non-refundable. However, customized products remain subject to the legal conformity guarantee as defined in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The company is not required to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the professional.
